Our leasing agents are specially trained in the art of assisting prospective renters to lease properties. Inspections- We believe that a picture is worth a thousand words. That’s why we take our digital camera and take numerous photos of your property at the move-in inspection, together with a comprehensive move in sheet. This procedure provides piece of mind for the management company as well as the property owners who want to protect their property AND to tenants who want to facilitate the return of their security deposit. We also provide our owners with periodic inspections while the property is rented. This includes the interior and exterior of the property.
Showing rental properties 7 days a week - Our leasing agents are available to show vacant properties from everyday (with the exception of national Holidays).
